Grand Ronde River Trip, Web Version

This page has an edited set of photos I took on the raft trip on the Grande Ronde River in late June 2016. Participants were Gill, Joe, Nora, and Phoebe Box, Mike, Elaine (Gardam?), Katie, and Adam McCulloch, Van, Jessie, and Vander McIver, Kerry and Sharon Luttrell, and myself (Craig Walker) - 8 adults and 6 children.

This was a very good river for children as it was interesting but not threatening. A rough impression is that about 70% of the parties we saw, and there were a fairly large number, had children. I also thought the environment was much more pleasant than what we encountered on the Snake in Hell's Canyon in 2017, mainly thanks to far more trees.

There were some movies that I'll add at some point.

I drove south along the Pacific coast. I don't see much ocean in New Mexico.		The trees (redwoods) grow tall along that coast!	A large stump.
