SDC Internet was founded in June of 1996 by Patrick and Mary Ann Wolf. Our goal at the time that we built SDC was to provide reasonably priced, high- quality Internet access to residents of Socorro county and the central Rio Grande Valley. We still hold that goal as our highest priority. We have grown over the years through the continuing support of our subscribers and we continue to believe that customer service is our number one priority. Cheap service is no good if your online experience is sacrificed. We were the first locally owned and operated ISP in Socorro. We were the first ISP in Socorro to have 56K dialup modems. We were the first ISP in Socorro (and one of the first in the country) to offer broadband Internet access through the use of wireless networking. We believe that our years of experience and uncompromising drive to provide a quality product makes us the premier Internet service provider in Socorro and the surrounding area.

Patrick Wolf, Owner and Manager. Originally from Roswell, Patrick moved to Socorro in 1981 to attend New Mexico Tech. He graduated in 1985 with a degree in Engineering and worked for Aerojet for many years. His experience with corporate networking, PC support, customer support, and server administration led him to found SDC.
Roberta Torres, Office Manager. A Socorro Native, Roberta is a key member of the SDC team. Roberta is the smiling face that most people see first when they stop in to our office.

Stephan Witz, Technical Advisor and Server Administrator. Moved to Socorro in 1987 to attend New Mexico Tech. He is also a webmaster and software engineer for the NRAO
