Welcome to San Miguel

Welcome to Old San Miguel Mission, the Catholic Church in Socorro, NM.

San Miguel is a vibrant parish in the heart of central New Mexico. Our mission is to strive to bring people closer to God. We, the faith filled members of the Parish and its Missions, part of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, find strength, unity and grace in the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. As the voices and hands of Jesus in our time, our purpose is to express God's grace by offering Christion Love and Service to each other and to everyone we meet. We reach out to the world in prayer, action and deeds in unity with the Holy Roman Catholic Church.

Daily Mass Changes For This Week

This coming week, Fr. John will be attending the Priest Convocation, Monday through Friday, therefore, we will only be having Communion Service on Monday September 29th at 5:30pm and Thursday October 2nd at 9:00am.

Silent Auction Donations Needed

We are currently seeking item donations for the Silent Auction held during the Fiesta, and we need your help to make it a success!

Do you have a service, gift item, handcrafted good, or unique experience you'd be willing to donate? Popular items in the past have included gift baskets, restaurant gift cards, artwork, themed experiences, home décor, event tickets, and more. All proceeds from the auction will go toward supporting the Fiesta.

If you would like to contribute, please bring your item(s) to the San Miguel Church office. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Please drop off any used or new items you would like to donate to our White Elephant Booth for this year’s San Miguel Fiesta.

We are enormously grateful for your support!!

Volunteers Needed

In addition to Jubilee and Gift Shop Volunteers. All Ministries in the Parish are in need of Volunteers. Please consider contributing a few hours of your time once or twice a month to help.

Thank you.
